Preparing AGMs without hurdles
Preparing the general assembly of a professional association involves countless tasks: preparing the agenda, requesting attendance confirmation, managing proxy and early votes, preparing the room for the event, configuring the videoconference, etc. Traditionally, all these tasks have been done using paper, email, and Excel files. Additionally, in the case of the General Council of Medical Associations, the assembly attendees are legal entities. So on the day of the assembly, different people can be presented as proxies.
