Once all legal aspects have been analyzed and all technical and operational doubts have been resolved, the client collects the employee data for the elaboration of the labor census. Online voting in union elections can take place on a single day or over several days. And it is important to keep the polling station and the voters informed at all times about the evolution of the process. From the administrator accounts of our platforms, all the actors involved in the supervision of the elections can easily access information on participation rates. In addition, they can filter voters who have not yet exercised their right to send them reminders and thus achieve higher turnout rates.

Another important aspect to take into account is the possibility of combining online voting with in-person voting. In these cases, our system is coordinated with the census of the on-site tables to avoid duplication of votes, giving prevalence to the channel chosen by the customer. In addition, as many employees vote from geographically distributed centers or even from home, at Kuorum we provide the voter with a telephone number to resolve incidents or even exercise their right to vote through a phone call in the event that they do not have an internet connection.

Counting is one of the procedures in which telematic voting offers the most advantages over face-to-face voting, since it is done automatically and without human intervention. Thus, a few seconds after the closing of the vote, provisional results are obtained and, just a few minutes later, a valid record of the results to be presented at a public registry office.
