Overcoming challenges with early voting
In AUSAPE, where a large number of associates are grouped together, reaching the required number of attendees was their main concern. In order to hold the assembly, they had to obtain the necessary quorum, but participation was low, which became an obstacle.
Aware of this challenge, they contacted us, looking for a solution that would simplify the participation process for the associates. With our technology they were able to implement an early voting period, prior to the celebration of the assembly, in order to reach the necessary quorum.
In addition, the entire process was carried out from a single integrated platform, simplifying event management and planning for the organizers.

Key enhancements to AUSAPE
Thanks to early voting, members were able to confirm their attendance. In this way, the organizers knew the day before the assembly whether they had a quorum to hold it.
In its last assembly, several functionalities were also implemented to simplify the work of the organizers. One of them was the automatic updating of data through a form, allowing members to keep abreast of the information in real time. Members were also allowed to delegate their vote or vote in advance.
These improvements simplified the assembly management process for AUSAPE, as they were able to centralize all of their partners' interactions on a single platform.
A fast and efficient process
By using Kuorum's technology for their assemblies, they have always achieved the necessary quorum to hold them. This year in particular, they were able to gather enough RSVPs in less than 30 minutes, allowing them to reduce the time spent organizing and executing their assembly.
